For those of you who don’t know us, our names are Alison and Megan, your local real estate dynamic duo.
We are based out of the Tampa Bay area, but we extend our services to anyone we can that needs them. We specialize in first time home buyers, those looking to relocate, and those looking to make an investment. While these are our specialties, we do not limit our services and our main priority is to help anyone within reach with a real estate need have the perfect experience while buying, selling, or investing.
Megan is a former teacher who carried her passion for helping her students learn chemistry to the real estate industry, educating clients about the home buying and selling process. Alison came from the service industry where her bread and butter was, and still is, building strong connections and ensuring customer happiness.
Together, we use our skills to create a euphoric experience for everyone we work with. If you are still reading this, we are thrilled that you’ve made it this far and just want to say if you ever would like to connect whether that be real estate related or indifferent, we are waiting for you! Our hobbies include yoga, frequent runs to Target, sipping overpriced lattes, day trips on the water, long walks down Bayshore, travel, binging Netflix, wine tastings, margarita drinking, cooking new recipes and plenty more.
